Description:

Electronically Programmable Automatic Foil Coil Winding Machine For Reactor BRJ800-2-2 is mainly used to wind reactor foil coil and other similar products. This kind of foil winding machine is a core-clamping type foil winding machine, which adopts double servo motors to drive to makes two chucks have the same torque and ensures the drive stocks to wind synchronously. The foil winding machine can handle one or two layers of copper or aluminium foil conductor and one or two layers of insulation paper at the same time. The machine adopts PLC based control system and can be easily operated. It features slow starting, smooth running, high automation, tight winding, and strong pull force, etc.
