Description:

Automatic CNC Reactor Foil Winding Machine With Three Coil Decoilers BRJ600-2-3 is a special foil winding machine for winding reactor coil, this machine is provided with two chucks to clamp the iron core, and the foil is wound on the iron core. This machine adopts two servo motors to drive, which makes two chucks have the same torque and ensures the driving ends to wind synchronously. The foil winding machine can handle one, two or three layers of copper foil or aluminium foil conductor and one or two layers of insulation paper at the same time. The machine adopts PLC based control system and can be easily operated. It features slow start, smooth running, high automation, tight winding, and strong pull force, etc.
